What does “combine rolls” mean?

You basically just put them together to reform a loaf that you roll thin.

I’m not certain if you are asking a question?? But you can make this recipe from either the rolls or a bread loaf. Either way you need to thaw the rolls or bread. Combine the rolls into a loaf. Then with either the rolls (combined into a loaf) or the loaf, you would roll it into a rectangle and then cut into individual rolls and let them raise.
