
Garlic Cheese Bubble Up

Buttery, cheesy pull-apart that is so so easy to make for a party or just for dinner.
Ingredients
8 Rhodes White Dinner Rolls, dough thawed to room temperature
1/4 cup butter, cold
1 cup mozzarella, shredded
2 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
Air Fryer Instructions
- Prepare a pan for your air fryer. You can use either the largest pan that will fit in your air fryer, or aluminum foil to line the basket of your air fryer. Spray the inside of the pan or basket with nonstick spray.
- Cut each roll into four pieces and cube the butter into 1/4-inch cubes.
- Layer half of the rolls on the bottom. Place half of the butter cubes over the rolls. Then cover with half of the cheese. Next, sprinkle 1 tsp of garlic salt over top.
- Repeat step three with remaining ingredients for a second layer.
- Bake in your air fryer at 325ºF for 15-18 minutes, checking often, remove when the cheese is golden brown.
Oven Instructions
- Spray a 9×9-inch pan or 9-inch cake pan with nonstick spray.
- Cut each roll into four pieces and cube the butter into 1/4-inch cubes.
- Layer half of the rolls on the bottom. Place half of the butter cubes over the rolls. Then cover with half of the cheese. Next, sprinkle 1 tsp of garlic salt over top.
- Repeat step three with remaining ingredients for a second layer.
- Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise for 20 minutes.
- Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.

We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. There is not need to let it rise in the air fryer version. But we hve added a rise time of 20 minutes in the oven version. Hope you enjoy this recipe!
