When My kids were young they Dubbed these “butt rolls” (we make the version in muffin tins) and they Became a holiday tradition. ThOse kids are adults now and still ask for bUtt rolls at every holiday feast. They are Easy to make, delicious, and great with leftovers.

I have used these rolls IN 3 different STATES – WV, NC, and FL. And have always loved them. But I have had more trouble getting these to rise in FL. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I have followed the different directions on the package and still they will not rise. I have sat them in different locations and even outside (covered of course!).

Thanks for your question! I’m not exactly sure what is happening but let me tell you some things to look for when purchasing our product. Be sure to check the “best by” date on the package. We are making product today that will expire in 9 months. So get a date on your package that is as far into the future as possible and use before that time. Freshness is important with frozen food too. Also make sure the package is free of ice and the rolls are not stuck together. That shows that the store is not handling our product properly. If you are shopping at the same store and this is happening you might want to speak with the frozen food manager about how they take care of our product. Hope this helps you! If you have any other questions, you can call our Customer Satisfaction department at 1-800-876-7333 and speak with one of our baking experts.

second Thanksgiving mAking these. got lots of praise last year for my “ homemade rolls .” they are delicious and so easy to make. The added benefit is the smell of homemade bread in your kitchen.
Debbie from Rhodes –
Yes, that is a wonderful benefit. Thanks for your nice comment!

I love these rolls for their flavor, ease of cooking, and it s the highest requested item at any family gathering. they are also really good for home dinners for just the 2 of us. I can only cook a few and they taste as good as the whole bag. Would recommend them to anyone who loves homemade rolls. Except for the Dickies barbeque yeast rolls, I ve tried them all and these are by far the best Walmart has to offer. REAL yeast rolls, folks! Not those brown n serve rolls the others try to pawn off as yeast rolls. Look no further. Buy these and ignore the rest.

No, you will not get sick. Bake a bit longer next time because you have fillings and more ingredients that need to bake.
