These cheesy-buttery breadstick snakes will be a slithering hit with your fright night guests.


12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, dough thawed but still cold
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic salt


  1. Spray a 11×17-inch baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  2. Roll each dinner roll into a 20-inch rope.
  3. Place butter and cheese in two separate shallow bowls. Combine garlic salt with the cheese.
  4. Dip each rope into butter and then into Parmesan cheese.
  5. Coil each snake loosely onto baking sheet. Pinch tail and flatten the head to define. Add red pepper to make eyes.
  6. Bake at 350ºF 15 minutes or until golden brown.
