Can you bake a pizza on a blackstone grill without A cover

You could bake the pizza crust on a Blackstone. But I might use a lid or cover to melt the cheese after you put the toppings on it.

Yes, but I would check to see if the cheese is melting, especially in the middle. But if it is getting too brown shortened the amount of time on the grill.

Do I oil the dough and place it directly on the grill, or do I oil & use a pizza pan?
Can I prep the dough ahead of time and put in fridge to stop rising? Lol Chef Bryan Needs to make mini grilled pizza!
