This herbed Garlic Parmesan Pull-Apart is buttery and delicious.

Ingredients

24 Rhodes White Dinner Rolls, dough thawed but still cold

1/3 cup finely chopped green onions

1/3 cup parsley

1 Tablespoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup butter, melted

1 egg

½ cup Parmesan cheese

  1. Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the green onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, butter and egg until well blended. Cut each roll into four pieces, and dip each piece into the egg and butter mixture.
  3. Place coated dough balls into the prepared pan. Once there is a layer of balls covering the bottom of the pan, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Repeat, sprinkling each layer with cheese until everything is in the pan. Cover with plastic wrap, and let rise until doubled in size, about 45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
  4. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
  5. Invert onto a serving plate.

I would cover with foil and give them 5-10 minutes more. The foil with keep the top from browning too much because that is a lot of dough that needs to cook all the way through.

“That is a loT OF DOUGH” doesn’t really answer jodi’s question & you’re advice was the same as what she told you she had already done.

When baked in a bundt pan you get enough air flow to bake the recipe all the way through. If this was baked in 9×13 pan it will take longer to bake through to the center. You can cover your dish with foil 1/2 through the bake, if it needs more time you can add more. This will ensure that your dish will be baked completely. Ovens vary. My rule of thumb is to use a glass baking dish if baking in a 9×13 so you can check the bottom of the pan. Tap the top of the bake with your finger. If the tap sounds “hollow” it is done all the way through. If your tap sounds “dense” add more time and cover with foil. I hope this helps. Hi Jenni, yes you can use a loaf of bread to make this recipe. The recipe calls for 24 dinner rolls. Take two loaves of our frozen brad dough and allow to thaw until cold to touch. Divide each loaf into 12 equal pieces and proceed with the recipe at this point. If you have additional questions you can call us at 1-800-876-7333. Thanks so much for baking with Rhodes!
