1/2 cup sugar
1 large orange (zest and juice)

Instructions

Making with Orange Rolls

  1. Cut orange rolls into quarters and dip in dry pudding mix. Place pieces into the bottom of a greased bundt pan. Sprinkle any remaining pudding mix over the top.
  2. Mix melted butter, one of the included orange cream cheese packets and vanilla to form a syrup. Pour syrup over rolls. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise until double in size.
  3. Carefully remove wrap. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes with a sheet pan underneath to catch any drippings. Cover with foil after 25 minutes if browning too quickly.
  4. Let rest for a couple minutes and then loosen from sides of the pan with a knife and invert onto a serving plate. Enjoy!

Making with Dinner Rolls

  1. Cut rolls in half and dip in dry pudding mix then place in prepared bundt pan. Sprinkle any remaining pudding mix over the top.
  2. Combine softened cream cheese with the melted butter. Add sugar, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract. Whisk well to create a syrup. Pour syrup over rolls. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise until double in size or even with top of bundt pan.
Enjoy!

Baking Notes

OVERNIGHT METHOD: Complete steps 1 and 2. Place your pan in the refrigerator overnight. Take the pan out of the refrigerator. Make sure dough does not exceed the top of the pan. You may need to let it continue to rise slightly at room temperature. This is a great time to preheat your oven. Follow regular baking instructions on steps 3 and 4.

Sometimes it is difficult to find those around the holidays. If you can find French Vanilla or Cheesecake flavors, they would be a good substitute. I found a store label brand to use while I was shopping. I hope this helps you!

If you look at the recipe, there are two ways to make it. You can use the Orange Rolls or the Dinner Rolls. So if you cannot find the Orange Rolls, you should be able to find the Dinner Rolls in your store. Hope this helps you!

The rolls just need to be thawed when they are quartered. Then the bundt will rise after it is assembled.
