If i want yo make a sheet pan pizza, how many loaves do i need? 1/2, 1, 2?? Thanks you
Debbie from Rhodes
Thanks for your question! The answer would depend upon whether you want a thin crust or thick crust. I would probably use 1 1/2 loaves if you want it fairly thin and up to 2 loaves if you want a thicker crust. One loaf would be about a 9 x 13″ size. Hope this helps you!

WHY are there no recipes, including pizza, that use RHODES PIZZA DOUGH? Every recipe calls for dinner roll dough.
Thanks, because the dinner roll dough is cheaper.
Debbie from Rhodes
Thanks for your question! The Bread Dough and the Dinner Roll Dough are the same recipe. One of our loaves or Bread Dough is equal to 12 Dinner Rolls. So you can use either Dough you can find at your store. More stores order the Dinner Rolls, so more of our consumers use the Dinner Rolls. Hope this helps you!

Sorry about all the misspelled words. I need your directions to make bread soup bowls using
Your frozen bread (or maybe with dinner rolls).
Debbie from Rhodes
I can help you with that. And you can find all our recipes on our website: rhodesbakenserv.com. You can use either the Bread Dough or the Dinner Rolls.
1 loaf Bread Dough or 12 Dinner size Rolls (thawed but still cold)
1 egg, beaten
Cut the loaf into thirds or combine 4 Dinner rolls Repeat with remaining rolls
Form each third (or Dinner Rolls) into a ball. Place on a large, sprayed baking sheet. Brush with egg. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise until double in size. Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and slice off top. Hollow out bread and fill with favorite dip, chili or soup. For larger bowls, cut loaf in half or sue 6 Dinner Rolls.
