Can I make pepperoni roll with the bread and freeze it unbaked?

Thanks for your question! If you want to freeze them, you will have to bake them first and then re-warm them before serving. If you refreeze the dough before it is baked, it will kill the yeast and they won’t rise. Hope that helps you!

How come all the pizza recipes call for the bread dough or the dinner rolls, but not the Rhodes pizza dough?

There are not many stores that order the Rhodes Pizza Dough anymore. This makes it difficult for people to find it. You can certainly use the Pizza Dough, that is what it’s intended for. But the Bread Dough and the Rolls are much easier to find.
