I’ve always loved Rhodes rolls and esp. the bread loaves but most of the recipes are for the rolls and not the loaves. How can I use the loaves n recirs as I would rolls?

You can always use the Bread loaves in place of the Rolls. 1 loaf of bread = 12 Dinner size rolls. Just thaw and you can adjust the recipe to utilize either. They are the same recipe.

I would probably bake the crust and then add the toppings the day you are going to serve it. Then you just will need to warm it until the cheese is melted and the crust is warmed through.

Why does this crust always cook brown on the edges and still taste doughy in the middle? Do you think I should cook it at 350 like the rolls?

Be sure to roll your dough out evenly and spread out your toppings. I like the crispier crust so check the pizza int he middle and you may have to bake longer or reduce the heat and bake a little longer. It usually is doughy if there is too much dough.

Texas Rolls are one and a half times larger than the Dinner Rolls. So for this recipe you could 4-5 Texas Rolls.
