I have used Rhodes frozen bread for forty years. Love them.
Wish I could get sweet rolls and Texas rolls where I love.

You can just thaw, rise and bake and you normally would and then rewarm them before serving. Cover in aluminum foil and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. Happy Thanksgiving!

Can rolls be thawed in fridge over night, the rolled and allowed to rise next morning? Or would they start to rise in fridge?

You can thaw the rolls in the refrigerator, and they may start to rise but that is fine. Just let them double in size and then bake.
