A fun summer lunch for the kiddos! Fill with their favorite sandwich toppings.
Ingredients
6 Artisan French Rolls, or 6 Sourdough Rolls baked according to package instructions
1/2 pound of your favorite deli meat
2 Roma tomatoes, quartered
1/2 pound of your favorite deli meat

Pretzel sticks or toothpicks
Your favorite sandwich toppings
mustard, mayo
pickle chips
lettuce
tomato slices

Instructions
- Bake rolls according to package instructions
- Slice rolls into 5-6 vertical slices.
- Put desired condiments on the sides of the rolls.
- Make and arrange the sandwiches on their side in a wavy line.
- Add a quarter of a tomato at the beginning and end of the sandwich for the head and tail of the caterpillar.
- Using a black food coloring marker, draw a small smiley face on the front tomato.
- Add two toothpicks or pretzel sticks for the antenna.
