Simply delicious and simply irresistible.

Ingredients

Using Thaw, Rise and Bake Cinnamon Rolls:
1 package Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup butter
1 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Using AnyTime! Cinnamon Rolls:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Instructions

Using Thaw, Rise and Bake Cinnamon Rolls:
Make the topping by combining brown sugar and butter in a saucepan. Cook over low heat and stir until sugar and butter are melted. Pour mixture into a sprayed 9″ x 13″ pan and sprinkle pecans on top. Evenly arrange thawed cinnamon rolls on top of prepared topping. Then cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Cover with foil the last 10 minutes of baking to prevent over-browning. Remove pan from oven and immediately and carefully (Topping is hot!) invert onto a serving tray.

Can you put this in the refrigerator overnight after the first rise and bake it in the morning?

I would probably thaw the rolls in the refrigerator overnight and then assemble it in the morning. It should only take about an hour to rise. I think it would be too long to let the rolls sit in the sticky mixture overnight. Happy Baking!

We used to make these pecan cinnamon roLls using the frozen rhodes dinner rolls.. we buttered a bundt pan,, placeD PECANS on the bottom, then the rolls. Melted a stick of butter and poured over all of it, then sprinkled a box of Butterscotch pudding mix over it. Loosely cover and leaveout overnight — it will be oven ready in the morning,
I was hoping someone knew of this recipe, as its been years since we made it it and didn,t know if i got the order correct.

There are several different recipes on our website you might want to look at. You are probably referring to our Butterscotch Bubble Loaf recipe, which you can find on our website.
