These Cinnamon Apple Muffin Cups will make you the apple of everyone’s eye!
Ingredients
12 Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls, dough thawed slightly
3 cups apple pie filling
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup flour
½ cup oats
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon cinnamon
12 large muffin cups liners.

Instructions
- Combine butter, flour, brown sugar, oats, pecans and cinnamon into a crumble.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into 6 to 8 pieces.
- Prepare large size muffin cups by lining them with large size muffin liners.
- Sprinkle a little crumble in the bottom of each large muffin cup. Layer rolls, pie filling, and crumble. Repeat in each cup
- Bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes until done.
- Drizzle with the included cream cheese frosting (Optional).
