Easy and healthy, avocado toast is perfect for those rushed mornings or just anytime you want a quick snack. Tired of the regular old version? Try these fantastic ideas to spice things up.


1-2 slices of Rhodes White or Wheat Bread
1/2 avocado


Toast the slices of bread until golden brown. Lay avocado slices on top of the toast or mash the avocado with a fork in a small bowl until chunky. Then spread over the toast in an even layer. Top with crushed red pepper, salt, and a drizzle of olive oil for a classic taste with a little kick.
