These delicious sweet rolls will satisfy any sweet tooth.

Ingredients

12 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
3/4 cup lemon curd
1/2 cup sliced almonds and extra to sprinkle on top

Frosting:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla or almond flavoring
1-2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

Spray counter lightly with cooking spray. Combine rolls and roll into an 11 x 15 inch rectangle. Spread dough with lemon curd. Sprinkle evenly with almonds. Starting with a long side, roll jelly roll style. Slice rolls into 12 equal pieces and place on sprayed baking sheet. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double. Remove wrap and bake at 350 degrees F 12-15 minutes.

Combine frosting ingredients and mix well. Spread over slightly cooled rolls. Sprinkle with more almonds.
