Pumpkin Spice Donut Holes

There’s a taste of fall in the air with these delicious treats!

Ingredients

Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, dough thawed but still cold
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
cooking oil

Instructions

Cut rolls into four equal pieces and roll into balls.
Combine both sugars and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl and mix well.

Heat oil to medium or medium low in a small saucepan. Fry the dough balls, about six at a time, for 3 minutes.

Remove from oil and coat with spiced sugar.

Scissors cutting thawed dough.
Cut thawed rolls into four pieces.
Sugar and pumpkin spice seasoning mixed in bowl.
While 2-inches of oil heats to 350°F, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar & 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice.
Dough frying in oil.
Fry dough in small batches for one minute.
Donut holes draining on cooling rack.
Remove from oil and allow to drain.
Donut holes being coated with sugar mixture.
While still warm, coat the donut holes in pumpkin spice sugar.
Pumpkin Spice Donut Holes in halloween serving cups.
