Cinnamon Roll Ring

Swirling cinnamon rolls in a beautiful ring arrangement will add an elegant touch to your Easter brunch.

Ingredients

12 Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls, dough thawed slightly
cream cheese frosting (included with rolls)

Instructions

Place rolls on a sprayed 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and let thaw for 1 hour.

Remove wrap and arrange rolls in a 9-inch ring overlapping each other. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double.

Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 20 minutes or until golden brown. Microwave frosting for 10 seconds and brush over warm rolls.

    How long does it take for the rolls to double in size?

      That is a difficult question to pinpoint. The raising time depends upon the warmth of your kitchen and the “best by” date that is on the top let corner of your package. The warmer your kitchen, the faster they will raise. And the farther out the “best by” date is the fresher the yeast is and will rise faster. Approximately after they are are thawed about 45 minutes to an hour. Just be sure to watch and not let them over rise.
