This jellyfish doesn’t sting but it will swim it’s way to a family favorite pizza and breadsticks dinner.

Ingredients

12 Rhodes White Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
3 Tbsp marinara sauce
3/4 cup mozzarella
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 Tbsp garlic salt
sliced olives

Instructions

Combine 6 rolls and roll out on a sprayed surface to a 10×7 inch circle. Use a knife to cut off a strip at the bottom of the circle and place on a sprayed baking sheet to make the head of the jellyfish. Discard the strip of dough that was removed.

Combine parmesan and garlic salt in a shallow bowl. Roll out 1 roll into an 8 inch rope. Dip the rope in butter and then in parmesan mixture. Repeat with remaining rolls and arrange on the flat bottom of the jellyfish face to create the tentacles. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes.

Remove sprayed plastic wrap and top the face of the pizza with marinara and then mozzarella. Place two pieces of sliced olives on the face to make the eyes, then cut one olive slice in half and place it to be the mouth. Bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve warm.
