Mango Salsa Bake

Bake Time: 20-25 min.
Three cheeses and mango salsa make this recipe delicious.
20 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, dough thawed but still cold
1 cup mango salsa (or favorite chunky salsa)
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Coat a 9×13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cut each roll into 4 pieces. Line bottom of pan with rolls. Top with salsa.
Mix mozzarella and cheddar cheeses together and sprinkle over rolls. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double.
Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 20-25 minutes.
