We have done Christmas tree rolls in our family for over 100 years. We have been using Rhodes Rolls since the mid-90’s. We decorate with candied pecans, sprinkles, red hots, whatever we have on hand at the time. It was my honor to share this tradition with the new generation this year. Having the 6 year old granddaughter help decorate this year.

Is the icing packet included make enough to be thick on each one?
Debbie from Rhodes
From the picture is looks like they have just glazed each one. The rolls have risen really nicely and I think that is want you are seeing. If you want thicker icing you may need to buy or make extra icing.

FYI I tRied to maje this morning , followed the recipe on baking part i thought it meant the degrees and time to baKe, but it Also means to let them rise too wHich i DIDN’T do so they were rubber Had to throw away.
Debbie from Rhodes
I’m sorry that happened! Yes the rolls have to rise or the rolls will be dense. I’d be happy to send you a replacement coupon this time. Please call our Customer Satisfaction department at 1-800-876-7333, so we can get some information from you.

They havE to rise foR three Hours?
Debbie from Rhodes
The rising time depends which type of Cinnamon Rolls you are using. Follow the directions on the package. The Anytime! Rolls are faster and are used by placing them in a cold oven and then they rise with the gradual warming of the oven. If you are using the Traditional (yeast) Cinnamon Rolls them they have to double in size and then you bake them. There is not a exact time to let them raise. You watch them until they are double in size and then bake them. If you have questions, you may call our Customer Satisfaction department at 1-800-876-7333. One of our baking experts will gladly help you!

Debbie from Rhodes
That is great but you need to watch them and when they have doubled in size then you want to bake them. If left unwatched or for a certain amount of time they may over rise and fall.
