Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding

Cinnamon Rolls turned into a buttery bread pudding.

Ingredients

12 Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls, baked and cut into 1-inch cubes
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons sugar
2 large eggs
3 egg yolks
1 Tbsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup golden raisins (optional)
1/2 cup butter, cubed

Instructions

Spread Cinnamon Roll pieces in a sprayed 9×13-inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, egg yolks, vanilla and salt. Pour over Cinnamon Roll pieces in baking pan. Press Cinnamon Roll pieces down to absorb mixture.

Sprinkle with raisins and dot with cubed butter. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a refrigerator for 4-12 hours.

Bake at 325°F for 50-55 minutes. Serve warm, drizzled with included frosting.
