Charcuterie Skewers

Easily served Charcuterie Skewers are the perfect appetizer for your next event or just your next girl dinner.

Ingredients

6 Rhodes Artisan French Rolls, thawed to room temperature
4 Tbsp butter, melted
1 Tbsp garlic salt
4 oz Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
4 oz Pepperjack cheese, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
Salami
Black Olives
Green Olives
Gherkins

Instructions

  1. Turn on your oven and set it to 400ºF.
  2. Cut each roll into 6-8 pieces. Lay them all cut side up on a baking sheet.
  3. Combine butter and garlic salt. Brush all of the rolls with the garlic butter mixture. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Assemble skewers, starting with a toasted piece of roll. Stack cheese, olives, gherkins, and salami; 3 roll pieces per skewer.
  5. Place on a platter and serve.
