I don’t understand remove wrap instructions.
Debbie from Rhodes
Yes, that is confusing. It tells you to “wrap” the dough around the Brie and then tells you to remove the “wrap”. The recipe should have said after it is assembled to cover it with “sprayed plastic “wrap” and let it rise. Then you take the plastic”wrap” off before baking the pull-apart.
Thank you for making us aware of this error. We are fixing that right now!

Doesn’t It mean the plastic wrap?
Debbie from Rhodes
Yes, you do remove the plastic wrap before baking. If you were referring to the Brie, I would take the rind off. I guess though that is a personal preference.

Do you remove the outer part of the brie…. the tind?
Debbie from Rhodes
I talked with our baker who prepares our recipes and she said that she did not take the rind off. I told her that I probably would have removed it. So I guess it is a personal preference and I will let you decide. Sorry that doesn’t seem like a lot of help! But it is delicious!

Sounds yummy! Can this recipe be made ahead? Does it reheat well?
Debbie from Rhodes
Yes, this recipe does reheat well. It was tried in our demonstration kitchen and it was still great! Happy Baking!

What can I replace the cranberries with? This sounds so good but my family doesnT like cranberries. Thank you
Debbie from Rhodes
We haven’t tried replacing the cranberries with anything else. You could maybe use some type of preserve. Pie filling might be too sweet and too much liquid. So I can’t guarantee anything so you might to experiment a little. Hope this helps you!

Do you let the rools rise first then cut in half, add the brie and then let rise another 30 minutes?
Debbie from Rhodes
Just let the rolls thaw and then you can cut them in half. You don’t need to let them rise first. Happy Baking!
