Easily served Charcuterie Skewers are the perfect appetizer for your next event or just your next girl dinner.
Ingredients
6 Rhodes Artisan French Rolls, thawed to room temperature
4 Tbsp butter, melted
1 Tbsp garlic salt
4 oz Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
4 oz Pepperjack cheese, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
Salami
Black Olives
Green Olives
Gherkins
Instructions
- Turn on your oven and set it to 400ºF.
- Cut each roll into 6-8 pieces. Lay them all cut side up on a baking sheet.
- Combine butter and garlic salt. Brush all of the rolls with the garlic butter mixture. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Assemble skewers, starting with a toasted piece of roll. Stack cheese, olives, gherkins, and salami; 3 roll pieces per skewer.
- Place on a platter and serve.
