
Witch Finger Breadsticks

Fill your treat table with some ghoulish fingers, witch fingers topped with Parmesan cheese and garlic salt.
Ingredients
12 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
1/4 cup melted butter
garlic salt
2 egg yolks, beaten
3 drops green food coloring, or 2 drops of yellow, one drop blue
12 almonds
small paintbrush
Instructions
- Roll each roll into a 7-9 inch rope.
- Do not let the breadsticks rise.
- Make finger color by combining egg yolk, butter, garlic salt and food coloring to achieve desired color. Paint the fingers using your green mixture.
- Press one almond onto each breadstick, just at one end. These will be the fingernails.
- Bake at 350 degrees F 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

RECOMMENDATIONS for thawing frozen rolls & bread

You can place the dough in the refrigerator overnight and it will thaw. Or you can cover with sprayed plastic wrap and place it on your counter for 3 or so hours for4 the loaf. Or the rolls should be thawed in 1-2 hours. The warmer your kitchen, the faster it will raise.
