What is the best way to store rolls once they’ve been baked? I have free time now during the day so I like to prep meals and such for the night and for the week. How should I keep baked rolls for say tonight, tomorrow and so on and how long do they keep after they’re baked. Thanks in advance!

I have been using these for years with no problems. the last 6 to 8 months my buns have failed every time ! They are not raising like they used to and always flatten when they bake instead of grow. I have not changed my methods. I pan in a sprayed 9 x 13 cake pan. Cover with sprayed saran wrap until ready to bekw … help !

Thank you for your question! Here are the things to look for when purchasing our product.
Check the “best by” date on the front of the package. We are producing our Yeast rolls today that will expire in 9 months. So you should be purchasing our product well into the future especially if you plan on keeping it in the freezer for a while. Right now I would look for a “best by” date now towards the end of summer 2021. Feel through the package and make sure the rolls are not stuck together but frozen individually. Make sure there are not ice crystals in the package either. If you are consistently finding damaged product at the store where you shop, I would either talk to the frozen food manager and explain what you are finding or I would shop at another store. Hope this helps!
If you will call our Customer Satisfaction department, we would be happy to send you a replacement coupon. That number is 1-800-876-7333.

I make giant texas size rolls. I let them rise for about an hour then lightly twist two together and put them in muffin tins with the seam side up. I let them continue to rise for another 3 to 4 hours. the rolls come out huge and everyone looks forward to them. These are definatly at our thanksgiving table every year.

Sounds wonderful! Just be careful they don’t rise too high and fall. That would be my only suggestion.
