Smash your heart out and eat these delicious Smashed Cinnamon Rolls. A great way to make Cinnamon Rolls while camping or adding them to your big flat top griddle breakfast plan!

Ingredients

6 Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls, thawed but still cold
1 packet of included Cream Cheese Icing
parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Thaw cinnamon rolls until they are thawed but still cold.
  2. Heat your flat top griddle to medium-low heat.
  3. Place a cinnamon roll on the griddle and cover with a piece of parchment paper sprayed with non-stick spray. Smash with a heavy bottom pan or burger press.
  4. Cook on each side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Frost with included frosting.

    I have texas size rolls. Can I somehow use to make apple dumplings. Can I roll the dough out individually?? Do I wait until thawed out then roll?

      You might look at our recipes, https://rhodesbakenserv.com/ for some ideas. But yes, let the rolls thaw and then work with them. You can roll them out individually or combine them to make a larger piece of dough.
