Artisan French Rolls

These rolls are a symphony of crunchy crust and soft, moist center combined to make the perfect roll. Rhodes Bake-N-Serv™ Warm-N-Serv™ Artisan French Rolls are ready in minutes. These artisan rolls make an excellent side for your dinner, or use them as buns for your French Dip sandwiches. Artisan French Rolls are available in 6-count and 12-count bags.

Category:

1. Preheat oven to 400˚F

2. Place desired number of rolls on ungreased baking sheet

3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until light golden brown

OR Microwave one roll for 25-30 seconds

If oven is in use at other temperatures, use these bake times: 350˚F 12-14 minutes, 375˚F 10-12 minutes. If thawed, bake 3-4 minutes at 400˚F.
For Softer Crust: Brush with melted butter or margarine before baking. For Crispy Crust: Brush with water before baking. For Convection Oven: Reduce baking time by 2 minutes.
Microwaving Multiple Rolls: Microwave 2 rolls for 40 seconds or microwave 3 rolls for 60 seconds. Instructions for an 1100 watt microwave. Cooking time may need adjusting.
May be reheated in a 350º F oven 3-4 minutes or in a microwave 15-20 seconds.

INGREDIENTS: Unbleached enriched white flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate or reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, salt, malt, yeast, butter, nonfat dry milk, ascorbic acid.
