A great addition to a fun brunch.

Ingredients

24 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls or 12 Rhodes Texas Rolls, thawed but still cold
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
3/4 cup real bacon bits

Instructions

Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with maple syrup.

Combine 2 dinner rolls into a ball (or use 1 Texas roll). With a sharp knife, cut each roll into 4 slices and slightly flatten each slice after cutting.

Brush each slice with maple butter mixture. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of bacon bits on the top of the 4 slices. Then stack slices and place each roll in a muffin cup.

Brush top of rolls with remaining maple butter mixture. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise until double in size.

Remove wrap and place a baking sheet below muffin pan to catch and drips. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
