Cloverleaf Cinnamon Rolls

These lucky four leaf clover cinnamon rolls make for a superb St. Patrick’s Day morning treat.

Ingredients

Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls, thawed but still cold
cream cheese frosting (included with rolls)
green food coloring
sprinkles

Instructions

Unwind each thawed cinnamon roll and stretch to 18 inches long. Cut four, 4 inch pieces and one, 2 inch piece from each roll.

Loop each of the 4 inch piece and pinch point tightly to form a leaf. Place all four together to make a 4 leaf clover on a sprayed baking sheet. Stretch the 2 inch piece to 3 inches make the stem of the clover.

Bake at 350 degrees F 10-15 minutes, then let cool.

Place frosting in a bowl and tint green. Spread each clover with frosting and decorate with sprinkles as desired.
