Ingredients
12 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
8-oz package cream cheese, softened
16-oz package shredded cheese
1 cup chow mein noodles
Thick balsamic glaze or food coloring marker
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese with all but 1 cup of the shredded cheese until blended. Shape mixture into 24 1-inch balls. Place remaining shredded cheese in a shallow bowl.
- Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Cut each roll in half. Flatten each roll into a 3-inch circle.
- Pull edges of each dough circle up to completely enclose filling and pinch to seal. Roll each dough ball stuffed with cheese in cheese to coat, then place on a sprayed baking sheet.
- Bake at 350ºF for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Using a toothpick, make 4 small holes on each side of the rolls. Insert chow mein noodles to make spider legs. Add Balsamic vinegar glaze or food coloring marker to add eyes.
