No one will ever know you didn’t spend hours making these fancy looking rolls for dinner.

Ingredients

12 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
8-oz package cream cheese, softened
16-oz package shredded cheese
1 cup chow mein noodles
Thick balsamic glaze or food coloring marker

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese with all but 1 cup of the shredded cheese until blended. Shape mixture into 24 1-inch balls. Place remaining shredded cheese in a shallow bowl.
  2. Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Cut each roll in half. Flatten each roll into a 3-inch circle.
  3. Pull edges of each dough circle up to completely enclose filling and pinch to seal. Roll each dough ball stuffed with cheese in cheese to coat, then place on a sprayed baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 350ºF for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Using a toothpick, make 4 small holes on each side of the rolls. Insert chow mein noodles to make spider legs. Add Balsamic vinegar glaze or food coloring marker to add eyes.
