Rhodes has a job opening as a Mixer on Day Shift! The schedule is 4:55 am – 3:00 pm, Tuesday – Friday.
The Mixer position is the first point of production and plays a key role in maintaining the quality of Rhodes product. Mixers must ensure consistency throughout all products by accurately scaling and mixing dough, smears, icing, poolish, and any other related items in mechanical mixers following formula or recipe product specifications. Mixers are expected to have or are willing to gain a general knowledge of how adding certain ingredients to the mixture will affect the overall product as well as what each ingredient will bring to the overall property of the product. All production workers at Rhodes assure we continue to produce top quality food products and are an integral part of our weekly sanitation process.
