At the top of the recipe is does say 15-20 minutes. We will add that you bake them at 350 degrees. Thank you for making us aware of this omission.

What is meant by “thawed but still cold”? How lonG should this take and is it done in the fridge or on the countertop?

What is meant by “thawed but still cold” is the dough is fully thawed all the way through but has not started to rise and is still cold to the touch. In some recipes that makes it easier to work with, especially when you need to roll the dough out. It can be done in the refrigerator or on the counter top. If you have time to put it in the refrigerator overnight that works well. But if you want individual rolls, you might want to let them thaw by spacing them apart. If you want to leave them on the counter, it will about 1 -1 1/2 hours. It will depend on the warmth of your kitchen, so it’s difficult to say exactly how long it would take. Hope that helps you!
