Spice up your next party with this Tex Mex Monkey Bread. A different flavor with every bite.


24 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crushed nacho cheese flavored corn chips
1/2 cup real bacon bits


Combine butter and minced garlic in a bowl. In 4 separate bowls put cilantro, cheese, corn chips, and bacon. Cut dinner rolls in half and dip each half into butter mixture then into the desired topping and arrange rolls in a sprayed bundt pan.

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise until double in size or until even with the top of bundt pan.

Carefully remove wrap. Bake at 350ºF for 30-35 minutes. Cover with foil the last 15 minutes of baking.

Immediately after baking, loosen from sides of the pan with a knife and invert onto a plate. Then turn the bundt over so the bottom side is up.
