Keep Frozen Until Ready to Bake
1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. Place desired number of baguettes on ungreased baking sheet.
3. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, or until light golden brown
May be reheated in a 350°F oven 3-4 minutes or in a microwave 15-20 seconds
If oven is in use at other temperatures, use these bake times:
350°F 18-20 minutes
375°F 16-18 minutes
400°F 14-16 minutes
For Softer Crust: Brush with melted butter or margarine before baking.
For Crispy Crust: Brush with water before baking.
For Convection Oven: Reduce baking time by 2 minutes.
INGREDIENTS: Unbleached enriched white flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate or reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, whole wheat flour, salt, malt, yeast, butter, nonfat dry milk, ascorbic acid.
