Thank you for your question! Once the rolls are thawed and risen they cannot be refrozen. You could freeze the baked Cinnamon Rolls and re-warm them. I would just put them in a warm oven for about 5 minutes. Hope this helps you!

Thank you for your questions. We do not suggest leaving any of our products out overnight. You can put them in your baking pan in the refrigerator overnight and then get them out and finish letting them raise approximately 1 hour before you need them. You need to be sure to bake them as soon as they have risen to double in size. Leaving them out will just let them continue to raise and they just fill with air and will collapse in the oven. Also, check the “best by” date and bake well before that date.
Please call our Customer Satisfaction Department at 1-800-876-7333 and we would be happy to send you replacement coupon for those.

I put them in the oven with a warm bowl of water like I’ve done in the past with cinnamon rolls but these did not do well with that method they ended up very dry and thin. ☹

I was also thinking that you have to be careful to watch them while you are proofing them. Be sure to bake the rolls when they have doubled in size. It sounds like they may have over-risen. It’s important to bake them at the right time so they don’t just fill with air and collapse. Just another thought with my previous one.

That really should work just fine. Just wondering what the “best by” date was on your package. Or if there was ice in the package or if the rolls were stuck together? If either of those things were a problem, it might have affected the way they performed.

Best by date is 7/3/20. I do not see Any ice crystals, it was brand new from walmart. I’m trying again tonight without the bowl of water. Maybe they over proofed? If that’s the right word?? Too much moisture or warmth cause then to rise to much and/or too fast?? Thank you!!

I recently bought the cinnamon rolls for Christmas morning. I let them thaw overnight in the refrigerator and then took them out and let them rise about 1 hour and 45 mins. They baked just fine but the cinnamon rolls had very little flavor. Almost like there was no cinnamon in the cinnamon rolls. they were newly bought and not past the “best by date”

We have so many recipes that we’ve developed over many years. And many of these recipes are on our website so you might want to check that out. I have a huge binder with a lot of recipes from over the years and I would be happy to look through these. However, I am working from home right now and only go into the office once a week. I will look next week and keep your email address and let you know what I find.
Just thinking, there are two that come to mind. Sticky Buns and Butterscotch Bubble Loaf are two that you can find on our website. So check those out and I will get back with you. Thanks for understanding!

Thanks for your question! You do not need to let the dough rise before you roll it out to make the Cinnamon Rolls. Assemble the rolls and then let them rise until they double in size. Then it’s time to bake! Enjoy!

DO I NEED TO LET THE DOUGH COME TO ROOM TEMP BEFORE FORMING INTO ROLLS? AFTER FORMING INTO ROLLS CAN I PLACE BACK IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT AND BAKE IN THE MORNING? thank you!!

Thank you for your question! We only recommend letting the dough stay in the refrigerator for only 24 hours. So I don’t know if I would recommend using it. If the dough is in the refrigerator less than 24 hours and it rises, you can just reform it and let it rise again. But it will rise faster the second time so you need to watch it and bake it when it is ready.
If the dough you have now smells really yeasty or sour I would not use it. Sorry!

Yes, you just want them to double in size. It sounds like you may be letting them raise too much. Then the rolls just continue to rise and fill with air. They look nice but there is nothing to hold the rise. So just let them double in size. Also be sure to check the “best buy” date on the package. The farther out the date is, the fresher the yeast will be and they will raise faster. Hope this helps you!

I have made these for years and they have always been good. The last two packages ive bought, the rolls do not rise. I have a bread proof setting on my oven that i have used. The temp can be set between 85 and 100 degrees. Ive tried different temps and i have also let them rise on the counter. I follow this exact recipe. What could the problem be?

Have you checked the “best by” date on the package? Was there ice in the package or were the rolls stuck together? These all could affect the raising of the rolls. If you are using a proofer, make sure the setting isn’t too hot. That it is just warming the dough.
Check during the proofing to see if they have doubled in size. That is the time to bake them. They could raise too much and fall. If you will send me your name and address and “best by” and code info underneath the date. I would be happy to send you a replacement coupon for those.
