A delicious snack perfect for a cold winter day or any day!
12 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Cut rolls in half. Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray and flatten each roll half into a 5 inch circle. Carefully lift and place each one on a sprayed baking sheet (they will shrink slightly).
Brush with melted butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over butter. Bake at 350 degrees F 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and turn each crusty over. Brush with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Return to oven and bake 5-7 minutes until nice and crispy.
