Chicken Alfredo Kolaches

These Kolaches are a great addition to your recipe collection.


8 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
1 3/4 cups cooked chicken, cubed
4 tablespoons Alfredo sauce
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
melted butter, for brushing


Spray counter lightly with cooking spray. Flatten each roll into a 5-6 inch circle. Cover with plastic while you prepare filling.

Combine chicken, Alfredo sauce, cheese, basil and mushrooms. Remove wrap and divide filling evenly between the 8 dough circles (about 1/3 cup on each circle). Wipe edge of circles with water to help seal. Pull edges up and pinch to seal. Place sealed side down on sprayed baking sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees F 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter.
