Sweet and savory flavors make a perfect paring and can be the right start to your holiday party.


24 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
12oz brie cheese, cut into 48 cubes
14 ounce can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped


Cut rolls in half and flatten each half.

Wrap each half around 1 brie cube and completely enclose.

Combine thyme and rosemary. Stir cranberry sauce to make it more fluid. Dribble a few small spoon fulls of the sauce in the bottom of a heavily sprayed bundt pan and layer 16 of the wrapped brie cubes evenly in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the rosemary and thyme mixture and top with 1/3 of the cranberry sauce. Repeat two more times sprinkling seasonings and cranberry sauce over each layer of wrapped brie cubes.

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until almost to the top of the pan.

Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 45-55 minutes. Cover with foil last 10-15 minutes of baking. Invert immediately onto a serving platter.
