Cinnamon Roll Loaf

Sliced or toasted, this Cinnamon Roll Loaf is delicious.

Ingredients

8 Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls, dough thawed but still cold

Instructions

Lay cinnamon rolls in a sprayed 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch bread pan and push them together to remove any air pockets. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double in size. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 20-25 minutes. Remove from pan to cool before slicing.

    How are the rolls placed in the bread pan? Are the laid flat, upright, on their side?

      Hi Sabrina- The rolls are laid flat in the bread pan- one row and then another row on top of them. This is great way to make a rustic loaf of bread too! These make great neighbor gifts for the holidays!

    How long does it take for them to rise/double in size?

      This depends on the warmth of your kitchen. Usually around 1 1/2 -2 hours, depending again on the warmth. The warmer it is the faster the rolls will rise.
